TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- DRESSTOIMPRESS reserves the right to amend or modify the following terms and conditions at anytime without any prior notice. By using this site, you've acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
- All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD)
- All the prices stated on the site are fixed, non-negotiable and exclusive of postage charges.
- Colours might differ slightly due to the different monitor resolutions and harsh studio lightings,it will be best for you to refer to the close-up images for the closer-gauge of colours.
ORDERING DETAILS:
- To order, follow the format (founded below each collection) and submit to dressandimpress@live.com, a confirmation invoice with payment details will be sent to your email address within 24 hours.
- Please check your junk/spam folders to ensure that our invoice did not chucked there.
- After confirmation invoice has been issued, payment is required within the 24 hours timeframe.
- If you need an extension, do include in your order form.
- Items that remain unpaid after 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification.
- Items will be sold based on first pay first serve basis, which means even if you paid within the 24 hours timeframe, item will be prioritize to customer who made payment first.
PAYMENT DETAILS:
- DBS/POSB Internet Transfer (I-BANKING)
- DBS/POSB ATM Transfer (To provide a snapshot of your receipt and keep the receipt until the item has been received. NO RECEIPT = NO PAYMENTS VERIFIED)
- All payments have to be in within 24 hours upon receiving invoice to POSB Savings 128-24576-6
- All payments will be verified within 24 hours.
- We will not hesitate to take legal actions against fraud cases.
SHIPPING DETAILS:
- All parcels will be dispatched the next working day (except SAT,SUN&PH) after payment is verified.
- We highly urged everyone to opt for REGISTERED POSTAGE to prevent lost mails.
- DRESSTOIMPRESS will not be liable for any cases of lost of parcels for all posting services.
- Registered postage comes with tracking number and we will only provide tracking number upon customer's request.
- You may track your parcels on the Singpost website, parcels that are mailed one month or more ago will not be trackable.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY:
- Strictly no exchange/refunds will be entertained due to colour differences.
- Strictly no exchange/refunds will be entertained because item does not fit you.
- Strictly no exchange/refunds will be entertained because you dislike that item after purchasing.
- We will only allow returns/exchanges if a defected/incorrect item is sent out.
- In such situations, we'll be glad to do a 1-to-1 exchange via meet up.
- For defected items, we will require a snapshot of the defected area(s) and we will proceed with an exchange for the exact same item, if item is out of stock, customer may choose to exchange for another item.
- For incorrect items, we will do an exchange to the correct item, if item is out of stock, customer may choose to exchange for another item.
- Returns and exchanges will only be valid within the first week from date of purchase.
